How long do I have to return my items?

All returns must be sent back within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note, we will not accept returns for final sale items and others listed in our Return Policy section.

Some of my items came not as described or was defective. What do I do?

Our Konsignify Promise to you is that if we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Email us at an email with details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!

If you have received a defective item: please contact us via email ( within 5 days of the receipt of your package. Your item must still have tags on it and not be worn. We will reply and ask for a photo of the defect. If you wait the full 15 day return period, it is less likely we can get you a replacement. Due to the fact that most of our items are one of a kind, unfortunately we will issue a store credit for the defective item.

How will I get my refund? How long will it take?

Konsignify store credit will be refunded back to your account 5-7 days after your item(s) have been received.

What if I have a question about the condition of my product?

We promise that every product will come in the best condition possible. Please always keep in mind this is a consignment shop. Some items may be brand new, some will have normal to some wear, none will ever be in bad condition. We take pride in promoting the best in consignment.
