Konsignify Return Policy
In a perfect world every purchase would be the perfect fit. However, we recognize that’s not reality especially with online shopping. Although we strongly urge our customers to thoroughly review item descriptions, there are times returns will need to happen.
There are no cash refunds, only store credit.
You may return most new items (all tags intact) within 15 days of delivery for a full refund in store credit. Shipping is non-refundable, except in cases where we have made a shipping error.
Please note that the 15 day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not when the order placed. If you order is arriving in multiple shipments, you may have different return windows. We welcome you to send back multiple returns in one package, as long as the return slips are all included.
Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.
Instructions for Returns:
Send an email to Konsignify@gmail.com for all returns and make the email subject “Return Request”. Please include your, name, item/order number, email address, and any other information important to the return in the body of the email. We will respond with the instructions on how to ship your product back. Returns are processed within 5-10 business days of package receipt.
Non-refundable items are: Bodysuits, swimwear, tights, leggings, and sale items. If you return an item that falls into one of these categories, you will be responsible for return shipping costs to get the item back to you.
Returns may differ based on National or International shipping details.

How long do I have to return my items?
All returns must be sent back within 15 days from the date of delivery. Please note, we will not accept returns for final sale items and others listed in our Return Policy section.
Some of my items came not as described or was defective. What do I do?
Our Konsignify Promise to you is that if we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Email us at Konsignify@gmail.com an email with details and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
If you have received a defective item: please contact us via email (Konignify@gmail.com) within 5 days of the receipt of your package. Your item must still have tags on it and not be worn. We will reply and ask for a photo of the defect. If you wait the full 15 day return period, it is less likely we can get you a replacement. Due to the fact that most of our items are one of a kind, unfortunately we will issue a store credit for the defective item.
How will I get my refund? How long will it take?
Konsignify store credit will be refunded back to your account 5-7 days after your item(s) have been received.

What if I have a question about the condition of my product?
We promise that every product will come in the best condition possible. Please always keep in mind this is a consignment shop. Some items may be brand new, some will have normal to some wear, none will ever be in bad condition. We take pride in promoting the best in consignment.
